DISPATCH

Most orders are prepared and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours by our team (excluding weekends and UK public holidays). For larger items such as soundbars, tower speakers, and bookshelf speaker systems, or during peak periods (November–December), dispatch may take up to 72 business hours.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email, followed by a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

DELIVERY AREA

Norboz currently delivers to the United Kingdom only (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland). Our products and services are not available for delivery outside the United Kingdom at this time.

SHIPPING METHOD

Orders are shipped via Royal Mail or a tracked courier service, with delivery to your home address, a collection point, or a post office.

Estimated delivery time: 8 to 15 business days from dispatch confirmation. During peak periods (November–December), delivery may take up to 18 business days.

Some orders may be fulfilled by multiple suppliers. In such cases, items may be shipped separately and may arrive at different times.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping is FREE on all orders, regardless of basket total or product type.

No shipping fee will be applied at checkout. Norboz reserves the right to modify this policy for a limited period; any change will be communicated clearly on the website before it takes effect.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your parcel directly on the carrier’s website.

If you have not received your tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at [email protected].

ORDER CANCELLATION

Most orders are processed within 24 hours. If you wish to cancel your order, please email us immediately at [email protected].

Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to physically intercept the delivery. However, you retain your statutory right of withdrawal under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Please contact us upon receipt of the item to arrange a return in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.

DELIVERY CLAIMS

1. Parcel marked as delivered but not received

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please take the following steps:

  • Have your tracking number to hand.
  • Contact the carrier responsible for your delivery and report the issue.

If the carrier’s investigation yields no result, your parcel will be declared lost. Processing your claim may take between 2 and 4 weeks depending on the carrier. If the delivery failure is attributable to the carrier, we will refund your order in full. If the delivery failure is attributable to the customer (e.g. an incorrect address was provided), no refund will be issued.

2. Address correction procedure

If you notice an error in your delivery address after placing your order, please notify us within 24 hours at [email protected]. After this period, we may not be able to amend the address. Norboz cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect address provided by the customer.

3. Claims deadline

You have 45 days from the date of your order to notify us that you have not received your parcel. This claims deadline is distinct from our 30-day return period: the 30-day window applies to returns and refunds, while the 45-day window applies exclusively to non-receipt claims. If no claim is made within this period, the order will be considered as having been successfully delivered.

4. Faulty or damaged parcel

The fault must relate to the product itself, not the packaging, and must genuinely compromise the quality of the product or its normal use. Within the 30-day return period, you are entitled to a full refund for any defective product. After this period and within the first six months of purchase, Norboz reserves the right to attempt one repair or replacement before issuing a refund, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
